I bought Kontak 5 specifically to get the full VSL samples. I see they have a symphonic percussion library so that looks covered.
So, does anyone know what kind of orchestral instruments you get with full kontakt? I mean woodwinds and brass primarily. East West uses iLok, Vienna uses eLicenser. I haven't even tried getting my Vienna libraries going.
My attempts to get East West libraries working on Linux have not been successful (close bit no cigar). I have the Kontakt PLayer working on Reaper For Linux, and use it with Garritan Personal Orchestra and Cinematic Strings.
I see that the full version of Kontakt 6 is half-price at 200.00.
